Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Rotimatic account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.
- 2.Quality Assessment
Our support team will review your request and may conduct a remote diagnostic or request photos to ensure the device meets our return eligibility criteria.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the Rotimatic in its original industrial packaging, attach the provided prepaid shipping label, and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
